will flush several times after initial harvest. They take nearly a year for
these to colonize the log and start producing
Mushrooms.
This will be the very first product available for sale as of May 2015.

We also have White and Blue Oyster Mushroom straw bags for sale as well as Mushrooms by the pound" in either White or Blue Oyster Mushrooms that will be available as of Aug-Sept 2015 once were officially opened for Business.
